What were the main reasons for choosing Melbourne as your service provider?

Having dealt with numerous hosting companies in the past, we decided to fully review our web infrastructure and hosting space.

During the process of reviewing our infrastructure, we met and assessed several of the top companies. After examining them all, we found that Melbourne were outstanding on every level.

We were invited to visit the data centre in Manchester and it was a pleasant and welcoming experience. The visit really demonstrated the level of care taken with our data.

One of the key benefits for us is that Melbourne is accessible and provide  support 24/7, meaning any issue, at any time is dealt with promptly. We can physically access the data centre when we need to and remote access has never been better.
